Chicken Thigh Without Skin
Description:
A Kashmiri-inspired curry with deep red color and aromatic spices, using juicy chicken thighs.
Ingredients (Serves 4):
500g chicken thighs
2 onions (sliced)
3 tomatoes (pureed)
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp Kashmiri chili powder
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp garam masala
½ tsp fennel powder
½ tsp dry ginger powder
3 tbsp mustard oil
Steps:
Heat mustard oil until smoking, cool slightly.
Sauté onions until golden.
Add ginger-garlic paste, spices, and tomatoes. Cook until oil separates.
Add chicken and cook until tender.
Serving Suggestion:
Enjoy with steamed rice or roti.
