Chicken Thigh Boneless Without Skin

Description:
Juicy boneless chicken thighs marinated in aromatic spices, grilled, and simmered in a creamy tomato-onion masala sauce — a restaurant-style favorite in Indian homes.

Ingredients (Serves 4):

  • 500g boneless chicken thighs

  • ½ cup yogurt

  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

  • 1 tsp turmeric powder

  • 2 tsp red chili powder

  • 1 tsp garam masala

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 2 tbsp oil or ghee

  • 2 medium onions (finely chopped)

  • 3 medium tomatoes (pureed)

  • ½ cup cream

  • Salt to taste

  • Fresh coriander leaves

Steps:

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, chili powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt. Add chicken thighs, coat well, and marinate for at least 1 hour.

  2. Grill or pan-fry marinated chicken until golden brown and cooked through. Set aside.

  3. In a deep pan, heat oil, sauté onions until golden.

  4. Add tomato puree, cook until oil separates. Add cream and stir well.

  5. Add grilled chicken, simmer for 5 minutes so flavors blend.

  6. Garnish with fresh coriander.

Serving Suggestion:
Best enjoyed with naan, paratha, or steamed basmati rice, with a side of onion salad and lemon wedges.
