Chicken Hot Wings With Skin
Description:
Crispy fried chicken wings coated in spicy-tangy masala with an Indian twist. Ideal for game nights or party starters.
Ingredients (for 4 people):
16 chicken wings (with skin)
½ cup yogurt
2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
2 tbsp red chili powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala
2 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp cornflour
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Steps to Prepare:
Wash wings, pat dry.
Mix yogurt, spices, lemon juice, and cornflour to make a thick paste.
Coat wings and marinate for 1–2 hours.
Heat oil, deep fry until golden brown and crispy.
Toss in extra dry masala for added punch.
Serving Suggestion:
Serve with spicy mayo dip or green chutney.
