Chicken Drumsticks Without Skin
Description:
Spicy, crispy fried chicken drumsticks coated in Indian masala for a crunchy outside and juicy inside.
Ingredients (Serves 4):
8 chicken drumsticks
½ cup yogurt
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp turmeric
2 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp cumin powder
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
Steps:
Marinate chicken in yogurt, spices, and salt for at least 2 hours.
Heat oil for frying.
Fry drumsticks on medium heat until golden brown and fully cooked.
Serving Suggestion:
Best served with green chutney and sliced onions.
