Chicken Keema Without Skin

Description:
Minced chicken cooked with onions, tomatoes, and Indian spices — a versatile dish for rotis, parathas, or pav.

Ingredients (Serves 4):

  • 500g chicken keema (minced)

  • 2 onions (chopped)

  • 3 tomatoes (pureed)

  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

  • 1 tsp turmeric

  • 2 tsp red chili powder

  • 1 tsp garam masala

  • Salt to taste

  • 3 tbsp oil

  • Fresh coriander

Steps:

  1. Heat oil, sauté onions until golden.

  2. Add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, chili powder, and cook.

  3. Add tomatoes, cook until oil separates.

  4. Add chicken keema, cook for 10–12 minutes until done.

  5. Sprinkle garam masala, garnish with coriander.

Serving Suggestion:
Serve with hot pav, paratha, or rice.
