Chicken Keema Without Skin
Description:
Minced chicken cooked with onions, tomatoes, and Indian spices — a versatile dish for rotis, parathas, or pav.
Ingredients (Serves 4):
500g chicken keema (minced)
2 onions (chopped)
3 tomatoes (pureed)
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp turmeric
2 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
3 tbsp oil
Fresh coriander
Steps:
Heat oil, sauté onions until golden.
Add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, chili powder, and cook.
Add tomatoes, cook until oil separates.
Add chicken keema, cook for 10–12 minutes until done.
Sprinkle garam masala, garnish with coriander.
Serving Suggestion:
Serve with hot pav, paratha, or rice.
