Chicken Breast Without Skin
Description:
Tender chicken breast pieces in a creamy, buttery tomato gravy — the ultimate North Indian delicacy.
Ingredients (Serves 4):
500g chicken breast (cut into cubes)
½ cup yogurt
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
2 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp garam masala
3 tbsp butter
2 onions (chopped)
3 tomatoes (pureed)
½ cup cream
Salt to taste
Steps:
Marinate chicken in yogurt and spices for 1 hour.
Sauté onions in butter until golden.
Add tomato puree, cook until oil separates.
Add chicken, cook until tender.
Stir in cream and simmer for 5 minutes.
Serving Suggestion:
Serve with butter naan or jeera rice.
