Chicken Breast Without Skin

Description:
Tender chicken breast pieces in a creamy, buttery tomato gravy — the ultimate North Indian delicacy.

Ingredients (Serves 4):

  • 500g chicken breast (cut into cubes)

  • ½ cup yogurt

  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

  • 2 tsp red chili powder

  • 1 tsp turmeric

  • 1 tsp garam masala

  • 3 tbsp butter

  • 2 onions (chopped)

  • 3 tomatoes (pureed)

  • ½ cup cream

  • Salt to taste

Steps:

  1. Marinate chicken in yogurt and spices for 1 hour.

  2. Sauté onions in butter until golden.

  3. Add tomato puree, cook until oil separates.

  4. Add chicken, cook until tender.

  5. Stir in cream and simmer for 5 minutes.

Serving Suggestion:
Serve with butter naan or jeera rice.
