Chicken Drumsticks Without Skin

Description:
Spicy, crispy fried chicken drumsticks coated in Indian masala for a crunchy outside and juicy inside.

Ingredients (Serves 4):

  • 8 chicken drumsticks

  • ½ cup yogurt

  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

  • 1 tsp turmeric

  • 2 tsp red chili powder

  • 1 tsp garam masala

  • 1 tsp cumin powder

  • Salt to taste

  • Oil for deep frying

Steps:

  1. Marinate chicken in yogurt, spices, and salt for at least 2 hours.

  2. Heat oil for frying.

  3. Fry drumsticks on medium heat until golden brown and fully cooked.

Serving Suggestion:
Best served with green chutney and sliced onions.
