Chicken Thigh Boneless Without Skin

Juicy boneless chicken thighs marinated in aromatic spices, grilled, and simmered in a creamy tomato-onion masala sauce — a restaurant-style favorite in Indian homes.
Ingredients (Serves 4):
500g boneless chicken thighs
½ cup yogurt
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp oil or ghee
2 medium onions (finely chopped)
3 medium tomatoes (pureed)
½ cup cream
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander leaves
Steps:
In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, chili powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt. Add chicken thighs, coat well, and marinate for at least 1 hour.
Grill or pan-fry marinated chicken until golden brown and cooked through. Set aside.
In a deep pan, heat oil, sauté onions until golden.
Add tomato puree, cook until oil separates. Add cream and stir well.
Add grilled chicken, simmer for 5 minutes so flavors blend.
Garnish with fresh coriander.
Serving Suggestion:
Best enjoyed with naan, paratha, or steamed basmati rice, with a side of onion salad and lemon wedges.
