Chicken Lollipop With Skin
Description:
A party favorite—chicken lollipops marinated in spicy Indian masala, deep-fried till crisp and juicy, served with schezwan or mint chutney.
Ingredients (for 4 people):
12 chicken lollipops (with skin)
½ cup yogurt
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tbsp red chili powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp cornflour
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Steps to Prepare:
Wash and pat dry lollipops.
Prepare marinade with yogurt, spices, lemon juice, and cornflour.
Coat well, marinate for at least 1 hour.
Heat oil and deep fry till crispy and golden.
Serving Suggestion:
Serve with schezwan chutney or mint dip, garnish with spring onions.
