Chicken Lollipop With Skin

Description:
A party favorite—chicken lollipops marinated in spicy Indian masala, deep-fried till crisp and juicy, served with schezwan or mint chutney.

Ingredients (for 4 people):

  • 12 chicken lollipops (with skin)

  • ½ cup yogurt

  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

  • 1 tbsp red chili powder

  • 1 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp garam masala

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 2 tbsp cornflour

  • Salt to taste

  • Oil for frying

Steps to Prepare:

  1. Wash and pat dry lollipops.

  2. Prepare marinade with yogurt, spices, lemon juice, and cornflour.

  3. Coat well, marinate for at least 1 hour.

  4. Heat oil and deep fry till crispy and golden.

Serving Suggestion:
Serve with schezwan chutney or mint dip, garnish with spring onions.
