Chicken Hot Wings With Skin

Description:
Crispy fried chicken wings coated in spicy-tangy masala with an Indian twist. Ideal for game nights or party starters.

Ingredients (for 4 people):

  • 16 chicken wings (with skin)

  • ½ cup yogurt

  • 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

  • 2 tbsp red chili powder

  • 1 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp garam masala

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 3 tbsp cornflour

  • Salt to taste

  • Oil for frying

Steps to Prepare:

  1. Wash wings, pat dry.

  2. Mix yogurt, spices, lemon juice, and cornflour to make a thick paste.

  3. Coat wings and marinate for 1–2 hours.

  4. Heat oil, deep fry until golden brown and crispy.

  5. Toss in extra dry masala for added punch.

Serving Suggestion:
Serve with spicy mayo dip or green chutney.
