Chicken Leg Piece With Skin

Tender chicken leg pieces cooked in a smoky tandoor-style, with spices absorbed deep into the skin for maximum juiciness. Perfect for casual dinners or barbecue nights.
Ingredients (for 4 people):
8 chicken leg pieces (with skin)
½ cup yogurt
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tbsp red chili powder
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp mustard oil
Salt to taste
Steps to Prepare:
Wash, pat dry, and slit the leg pieces.
Prepare marinade with yogurt, spices, mustard oil, and lemon juice.
Coat chicken well, marinate for 2–3 hours.
Grill or bake at 200°C for 25 minutes, turning halfway.
Brush with butter before serving.
Serving Suggestion:
Serve with onion salad and pudina chutney.
